• What’s Included: Product samples to touch/see, plus guidance on pile height, color, density, and infill options (standard silica, pet deodorizer, putting infill). If pets are involved, we’ll review odor‑control and rinse routines.

• What we do: Build a clear, line‑item proposal with a scaled layout, materials, prep scope, and warranty details.

• What’s Included: A fixed price, timeline estimate, and any optional add‑ons (pavers, curbing, drainage, putting green cup count & speed).

• We handle: Utility locate, material orders, logistics, and HOA/ARC paperwork support if needed.

• You ensure: Clear access to the work area, Mark any underground features you know about (low‑voltage lighting, irrigation lines), and Secure pets and note preferred gate/lock instructions

• Sod/soil removal: We remove existing turf/soil and haul away.

• Grading & drainage: We correct low spots and set proper slope. Where needed, we’ll add simple drains or river rock swales.

• Base layer: Class II road base (or similar), installed to spec and mechanically compacted for a firm, even surface.

• Weed barrier: Landscape fabric added where appropriate to minimize growth under the turf.

• Cut & fit: Turf is rolled out, oriented for best color, then cut to your exact edges.

• Seams: Seams joined with premium tape/adhesive for a near‑invisible finish.

• Edging: Bender board, paver, or nailer boards installed for crisp, secure borders.

• Infill: We distribute the right infill for your use (standard, pet, or putting) and power broom so blades stand upright.

• Detailing: Final trim, edge check, magnet sweep for stray staples, and full site cleanup.
